Job Description:

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. As a key player, you'll spearhead our organization's growth by identifying new business prospects, nurturing client relationships, and shaping our business development strategy. Your role will involve proactive engagement through various channels, including calls, webinars, and seminars.

 

Responsibilities:

- Research and pinpoint potential clients and business opportunities to expand our clientele.

- Proactively generate leads through outreach efforts such as calls, webinars, and seminars.

- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to execute effective strategies.

- Craft and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

- Drive negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements are achieved.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and market positioning.

- Provide regular updates on business development activities and results to the management team.

 

Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or similar roles.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.

- Strong analytical abilities to identify market trends and customer needs.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a knack for working independently and collaboratively.

- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

- Willingness to travel as required.

 

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: ₹16,000 per month to ₹25,000 per month + up to ₹10,000 Incentives

On Job Training Period: 3-6 Months

 

Note: Upon completing the training period, you'll be eligible for a salary range of ₹4LPA - ₹6LPA based on performance.

* Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
* Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
* Manage and optimize cloud costs
* Implement and monitor cloud security best practices
* Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues
* Collaborate with developers and operations teams to ensure smooth application deployments
* Stay up-to-date on the latest AWS technologies and services

Qualifications:

* Proven experience working with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, VPC, etc.)
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
* Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash)
* Understanding of cloud security principles
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points:

* AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional
* Experience with DevOps methodologies
* Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
